About the Job

We are looking for an Operational Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks such as damp treatment, wall and floor tiling, glazing, and joinery works.

Key Tasks

  • To respond to maintenance requests and complete jobs within set deadlines.
  • To manage vehicle materials and tools.
  • To maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and health & safety protocols.
