About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of the store's objectives through effective sales skills and customer service while promoting the brand image. Your mission will be to resolve customer inquiries, serve multiple clients, manage transactions, and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and exceeding expectations.
    • Serve multiple clients using standard procedures and manage transactions with precision and efficiency.
    • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
  • Sales
    • Meet personal and store sales goals, taking into account key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Store Image
    • Maintain the store's image and appearance, adhering to company standards.
    • Ensure the stock room and accessories room are organized and well-maintained.
    • Minimize stock loss and replenish stock in a timely manner.
  • Professional Behavior
    • Comply with the company's dress code and participate in informative and staff meetings.
    • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, including line management.
    • Advise and train other staff members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and be a good ambassador for the brand.
  • Store Management
    • Open and close the store as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
    • Manage administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail sector.
  • Completion of a training cycle or equivalent.
  • Additional languages are desirable but not essential.
