MOT Testing and Vehicle Servicing Opportunity

Sprint Recruitment is seeking a skilled ​​MOT Tester / Vehicle Mechanic / Service Technician to join their team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing that all vehicles are tested and that the company is meeting its obligations as an approved MOT centre, ensuring that they deal with customers competently and efficiently.

The role involves carrying out MOT testing in accordance with DVSA testing requirements, completing tyre fitting while using an alignment machine and understanding the reading and relevant adjustments, fitting brakes, exhausts and other mechanical products, and working in a safe manner and complying with health & safety regulations.

Key skills and qualifications required include a Mechanics Level 3 qualification or a valid MOT Licence, experience in tyre fitting, brake, cam belt, clutch and exhaust fitting, full UK Driving Licence, excellent customer service skills, experience in a professional workshop environment, and the ability to work as part of a busy team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality and safety, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to constantly learn and improve their knowledge.
