Speech and Language Community Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our community team as a part-time Adult Autism Speech and Language Therapist (24 hours per week).
This role offers the opportunity to work with a mixed caseload of adults with acquired conditions, both in domiciliary and outpatient settings.
Main Duties:
- Provide person-centred care to patients with complex communication needs, including those with acquired brain injury.
- Design and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, family members, and carers.
- Maintain professional registration and adhere to best practices in speech and language therapy.
