Job Description- This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our team and contribute to the implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and conversance with Microsoft Office packages.
Responsibilities- Implementing SHEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
- Providing professional operational SHEQ direction and support through project lifecycles.
- Ensuring SHEQ requirements and considerations are implemented at all stages of project development, delivery, and close out.
- Undertaking site inductions of project staff and sub-contractors.
- Attending liaison meetings between departments and clients.
An estimated salary range of £45,000-£60,000 per annum is available for this role, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, life assurance, private healthcare, and a company car with fuel card.
