Key Responsibilities
  • Implement changes to configuration items in accordance with agreed change records
  • Investigate and resolve incidents related to hardware, OS software, performance, capacity, and locally attached storage
  • Provide support for Wintel-related tasks, including managing MS Distributed File System (DFS), managing privileged user accounts and service accounts, and resetting profiles
  • Collaborate with the Wintel team to implement changes and resolve incidents
Requirements
  • Current SC Clearance
  • Strong knowledge of Wintel infrastructure and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
