Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated teacher to join our team at Lavender Lodge School. As a member of our staff, you will be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

You will be responsible for delivering bespoke and accessible curriculum, using a variety of strategies and resources to support our pupils' learning and development.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in teaching and experience working with children and young people with ASD/SEMH needs
  • The ability to communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues and parents/carers
  • A willingness to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team
  • An awareness of autism strategies and a commitment to ongoing professional development
