We are seeking a highly skilled Garment Technologist to join our team at Tagged Resources Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our young ladies fashion ranges.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of garments upon arrival to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with factories to resolve any quality issues.
- Work closely with the design team to develop and implement quality control processes.
- Prepare and distribute technical packs to ensure seamless production.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and address quality concerns.
- Develop and maintain size charts to ensure accurate fit.
- Arrange for pre-production QC checks and grading of garments.
- Ensure that all garments meet our quality and performance standards.
- Approve fabrics, test reports, and inspections to guarantee quality.
- Promote a culture of quality and performance improvement.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in PC software and applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Methodical and organized approach to work.
- Understanding of critical path processes.
