Swim Instructor

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to provide safe and effective swimming lessons for our customers. As a Swim Instructor at one of our 111 fitness and wellbeing sites, you will have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, with a good understanding of people skills and a passion for swimming.
About the Role
This is a key position that will see you engaging and inspiring swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals. You will be responsible for delivering one-to-one lessons or group classes, and making the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching and Coaching: Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups, using a variety of teaching methods and techniques.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Lesson Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of our customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of your lessons, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Promoting Membership: Encourage customers to take advantage of our facilities and services, promoting memberships and other products as appropriate.
