Salary and Benefits

Job Description

This exciting role requires a strategic thinker and technical leader with hands-on experience in developing production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead the design and development of large-scale stateful distributed systems, leveraging Python applications, microservices, and large language models (LLMs).

Your expertise will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative AI solutions, driving business growth and improving client outcomes.
  • Technical Excellence: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems, ensuring high-quality coding practices and maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate complex AI concepts and approaches to senior business leaders, technical teams, and non-technical audiences, inspiring collaboration and knowledge sharing.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong background in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in developing AI solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Hands-on experience with Python applications, microservices, large-scale stateful distributed systems, and LLMs.
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven AI projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
