We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team at Lark View Care Home. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing engaging and stimulating activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and our care staff to create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and care staff to ensure a person-centred approach to care
  • Collaborate with our care team to identify and address the individual needs and preferences of our residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our care home's activities programme
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
  • A contracted 16-24 hours per week
