Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and care staff to ensure a person-centred approach to care
- Collaborate with our care team to identify and address the individual needs and preferences of our residents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our care home's activities programme
- Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
- A contracted 16-24 hours per week
- Pension scheme
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata)
