About the Role:
- Support the kitchen staff in preparing and serving high-quality food to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure all food items are stored correctly and meet health and safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Contribute to stock control and restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist with food waste management and recycling initiatives.
- Support the kitchen team with additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in catering or a similar environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with basic food hygiene principles (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
