We are a progressive arable farm in Cambridgeshire, covering 2000+ hectares of combinable crops.

We operate modern, high specification John Deere tractors with 18T Bailey trailers and a 25T Richard Western grain chaser bin.

Job Description

Duties will include grain carting, cultivations, OSR drilling, rolling, flail mowing, and hedge cutting.

You will assist with other arable duties when required.

One position involves some grain store management, and a telehandler certificate is required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We offer excellent rates of pay for the right candidates.

Accommodation and an evening meal, when working late, are also provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous tractor and trailer experience is essential.

A full UK driving licence is required.

Enthusiasm and commitment to the season are essential.

A clean, tidy approach to work and respect for machinery are expected.
