Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead project delivery, managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop project team members to enhance their skills.
  • Identify and manage project risks proactively.
  • Utilize project management tools effectively and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Drive revenue generation in alignment with targets and manage operational risks.
  • Support pre-sales activities and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead project teams effectively and adapt leadership style as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 6 years in a relevant domain.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Concur.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects and utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate integrated workshops effectively.
  • Professional, confident, and able to build strong relationships at all levels.
