The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Endoscopy Team as a Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care and attention.

The post holder will work closely with the wider Endoscopy team to deliver care and interventions, using their expertise and knowledge to ensure seamless transitions between departments. This will involve working in the Endoscopy theatres, admission/recovery/pre-assessment areas, and decontamination rooms.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Knowledge of NHS plan targets and trust policies
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes. A salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this rewarding position.
