This SME established mechanical building services contractor is seeking a skilled individual to work on small works installation projects for clients across the public and government sector. As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you will work closely with the director on various projects, travelling to sites, meeting with clients, and ensuring delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting with designs on AutoCAD, involvement in estimations, and tender processes
  2. Working closely with the director on various projects
  3. Travelling to sites, meeting with clients, ensuring delivery of projects, and managing trades

Requirements:

  1. HNC/HND/ONC or degree equivalent in building services relevant to installation works
  2. Strong experience and knowledge in mechanical engineering
