Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Serve as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee products, guiding customers through our expertly curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
  • Consistently achieve daily sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to foster excellent working relationships and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage front-facing duties, including operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
  • Handle day-to-day operations, such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
  • Lead in-store and on-street tastings to elevate the Whittard product experience.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Confidence in engaging customers in meaningful product discussions, providing outstanding service and support.
  • A commitment to personal growth and achieving excellence.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
