Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus executive benefits

About the Role:

\
  • Leverage technical expertise to guide engineering teams in designing and developing cutting-edge radar systems.\
  • Drive innovation by promoting new technologies and strategies across programmes.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance engineering capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions.\
  • Evaluate and integrate supplier technologies to enhance radar system performance.\
  • Mentor engineers and provide guidance on systems engineering principles, including ISO 15288 and holistic approaches to complex problems.

About You:

\
  • Hold a degree in a relevant STEM discipline and have significant experience in radar system development.\
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.\
  • Be experienced in configuration management and have knowledge of radar system technologies.\
  • Have Chartered Engineer status or be progressing towards it.\
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions.
