Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team at a leading car dealership in Edgware. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in administration.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving the standard in customer care, managing relationships between customers and the dealership, and ensuring the service process is handled effectively. They will also be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, go beyond process requirements, and promote our clients' products and services to customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a selling/customer service environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. They should also be able to work to deadlines and have a full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the standard in customer care with a diverse customer base
- Manage the relationship between customer and dealership
- Manage the service process effectively
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide value-added sales solutions to customers to promote our clients' products and services
