About the Role

Backline Logistics is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 / Category C driver to join our fleet of professional drivers. As a driver with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients in Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Palletised multidrop, cage work, and/or general distribution (e.g., building supplies, tyres, metals or parcels)
  • Usual hours of work are Monday to Friday, start times between 06:00am and 08:00am
  • Minimum of 8 or 9 hours per shift, client dependent
Requirements
  • Full UK Class 2 / Category C License with a maximum of 6 penalty points
  • Current and valid CPC and digital tachograph card
  • Broad knowledge of driving rules and regulations
  • Professional and clean at all times
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
