In this exciting opportunity, you will be part of a capable automation team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all initiatives are aligned and executed flawlessly, optimized for scale, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Business Processes: Analyze and identify areas that could be ripe for automation, highlighting opportunities for process improvement.
  • Automation Programme Management: Follow the automation programme, ensuring processes are documented correctly and that process scenarios and expected outcomes are covered comprehensively in user acceptance test (UAT) documents.
  • Automation Opportunities Identification: Identify automation opportunities and develop business cases to support implementation.
  • RPA Solution Design: Analyze and design RPA solutions, creating documentation and collaborating with teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support, ensuring process analysis work is completed within timing and cost parameters.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders, relaying the business advantages that will come from your efforts.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Relevant commercial experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI automation.
  • Automation Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in automation, handling automation projects, and prior employment in a process analyst role or related.
  • Technical Skills: Background in UI-Path or Blue Prism, comfortable engaging in two-way communication with stakeholders, and experienced in Confluence and JIRA.
  • Written Skills: Written skills that can keep up to date with documentation, and experience in business change projects and initiatives.
