Humanities and Psychology Specialist Teacher Required

A dynamic and stimulating opportunity has arisen for a skilled Humanities and Psychology Specialist Teacher to join an outstanding secondary school in the London Borough of Wandsworth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Job Description- The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Humanities and Psychology to Key Stage 3-5 students, including History, Geography, RE, Citizenship, PSHE, Sociology, and Psychology.
- They will also be expected to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching Humanities and Psychology subjects to KS3-5 students
- Developing and implementing lesson plans to meet the needs of all learners
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback to improve learning outcomes
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching methods
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong academic qualifications, including a degree and A-levels
- Excellent teaching skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
