Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician to join our team at the Market Drayton Butter Plant on a permanent basis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality scheduled and unplanned/reactive maintenance across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure you are conversant with all drawing Electrical, Pneumatic, and Mechanical.
- Basic automation skills for fault finding and remediation, strong electrical skills HNC equivalent, sound mechanical skills for diagnosis and replacement.
- Diligently complete all maintenance tasks, PM, CBM, CI, and corrective. Contribute to FMEA activities when required.
- Identify and implement improvements.
- Completion of a recognised apprenticeship.
- Strong experience as a multiskilled engineer within a fast-moving, complex manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Automation – CI tools and techniques would be advantageous.
- Experience within maintenance.
- Manufacturing Industry Experience.
