Job Details
Salary: £65,000-£80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + competitive benefits package including structured bonus scheme.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in quantity surveying, preferably with a background in construction or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety protocols, and project management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
