In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers to pitch, negotiate, and onboard new retail partners onto the platform. You will also be responsible for leading growth for your categories, including accounts growth strategy, building on opportunity, and driving platform growth.

We require a high level of commercial skills and a go-getter attitude from the successful candidate. Excellence in selling, negotiation, and account management is essential, combined with the passion and drive to shape the culture of an inclusive, sustainable high-performing team.

A proven business performance record, including revenue growth in account-facing roles, is mandatory. The ability to define and implement a B2B partner-focused plan, developing creative solutions to complex problems, is also required.
