About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our Arrears Team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to customers who are in arrears, working closely with them to find suitable solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • To work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update systems accordingly.
