Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with GPs, and assisting with minor surgery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in a variety of settings, including diabetes reviews, wound care, and routine vaccinations. They will also be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a variety of settings
  • Assist GPs with minor surgery
  • Monitor patients' blood sugar levels and provide INR monitoring services
  • Perform routine vaccinations and administer medication as prescribed by GPs
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and treatment programs for patients

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified Registered Nurse
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
