**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store in Edinburgh, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams, driving sales and improving operational efficiency, as well as maintaining a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of retail professionals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

About You:

  • Experience of managing a team in a retail environment

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
