Groundworker Specialist

Synergy Personnel Ltd is currently recruiting for several CSCS Groundworkers for a project in Hampshire.

Job Summary: As a Groundworker, you will be a vital part of our construction team, contributing to the successful completion of various projects. With core skills in groundwork, excavation, and site preparation, you will be responsible for tasks such as laying foundations, installing drainage systems, and operating heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various groundworks such as digging, trenching, and backfilling according to project requirements.
• Install and maintain drainage systems, including pipes and culverts.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely, following all relevant guidelines.
• Assist in the construction of roads, pathways, and other infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:

• CSCS certification
• Experience in groundworks or construction industry
