We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team based in the Ware SG12 9EE area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual merchandising solutions across multiple retail locations, with a focus on creating engaging and effective displays that drive sales and brand awareness.

About the Role:

This is a field-based role, requiring regular travel to retail locations to execute visual merchandising plans, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with client standards and guidelines.

You will be working closely with our clients' account teams to understand their goals and objectives, and develop tailored visual merchandising strategies to meet their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visually appealing and effective visual merchandising plans that align with client objectives
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking products as needed
  • Ensure compliance with client standards and guidelines, including health and safety regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff, department managers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to clients on visual merchandising performance and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field, with a focus on retail environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, retail staff, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative visual merchandising solutions
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a car, with the ability to travel regularly to retail locations
