Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sandro. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results to ensure the store is meeting its sales targets.
- Ensure all sales-related policies and procedures are maintained, and that the store is compliant with company standards.
- Lead by example, promoting an elevated level of sales and service among all associates.
- Collaborate with the store manager to ensure all policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising and visual directives to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and ensure the store is adequately stocked.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Ensure the integrity of payroll and the payroll process, and resolve any human resources issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
We welcome applications from experienced managers with a background in premium or luxury retail. You should have a commercial mindset, be able to supervise and motivate a team, and be adaptable to changing customer and business needs.
