Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Manage Warehouse Staff: Ensure that warehouse staff are supervised and managed in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Monitor and maintain product quality, ensuring that standards are met consistently.
  • Coordinate Departmental Projects: Coordinate departmental projects and activities to ensure high standards are achieved, and production goals are met.
  • Employee Development: Conduct employee reviews, training, development, mentoring, appraisals, and assist in hiring new staff when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate department processes and recommend improvements based on process analysis.
  • Health and Safety: Perform manual handling tasks as required, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Production Outputs: Ensure production outputs are completed on time and to the required quality.
  • Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and other company policies.
Requirements:
  • Quality Control: Ability to conduct quality checks for visual and dimensional accuracy.
  • Training and Certifications: Fire marshal and first aid training (preferred).
