Job Description: Physical Activity Coordinator and Classroom Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated Physical Activity Coordinator and Classroom Assistant to join our team at Uniform Education. This role will involve leading and organizing sports activities to promote teamwork, cooperation, and leadership among students.

The successful candidate will have experience in sports coaching, preferably in an educational setting, and the ability to use sports to teach life skills and support student well-being. Experience working with students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs is also desirable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with teachers to integrate physical activity into academic lessons.
  2. Monitor student progress and ensure a safe environment during sports activities.
  3. Develop inclusive programs that engage all students.
  4. Collaborate with counselors and staff to support students with SEMH concerns.

Requirements:

  • Relevant coaching qualifications or experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about promoting physical activity and supporting student well-being.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
