As a Learning Disability Service Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals overcome barriers to employment in Devon. Your key responsibilities include managing a caseload of referred customers using various strategies to aid their progress.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a good understanding of the local labour market and experience working with people with multiple and complex needs, especially those with learning disabilities. Additionally, you should possess GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths at Grade C or above and be fully IT literate in using Microsoft Office programmes.
