As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. With a salary of £52,000 per annum and 24 days' holiday, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment

Requirements:
• Qualified to ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
