Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Management Professional to join our team at Spencer Marshall. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality workplace management services and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HQ Facilities Operations team, ensuring that all workplace-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating maintenance schedules, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure that all workplace-related tasks are completed on time
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
