Job Title: Operations Team Member

We are seeking a motivated Operations Team Member to join our team at the Culina Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, including scheduling and logistics. You will work closely with our shift managers and warehouse operatives to ensure that all schedules are run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of the outbound schedule to ensure timely collections and deliveries
  • Liaise with transport providers to avoid late collections and delivery failures
  • Communicate effectively with the operations team to identify and resolve issues
  • Participate in the development of processes to improve efficiency and productivity

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
