An exciting opportunity has arisen for a leadership position within our newly established Inclusion Support Services. The Senior Inclusion Manager will lead and manage our brand-new Engagement Service, responsible for developing and delivering alternative timetables and curriculum activities focused on engaging children and young people who need re-engaging with education and learning.

The Engagement Service will support schools and settings to develop and deliver holistic and sustainable approaches to the inclusion of our most vulnerable children and young people. The team will consist of a number of staff who have skills and experience in delivering nurture, positive play and sports and outdoor recreational education.

This unique opportunity will give the post holder a genuine ability to make an incredibly positive difference to the lives of some of Derbyshire's most vulnerable learners.
