We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Ward Clerk at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Support the ward multidisciplinary team with administrative tasks, including filing and inputting data on the Trust's electronic patient administration system.
  • Develop a strong understanding of equality and diversity, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements:
  • Previous clerical experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Customer Service level 2.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites.
