We are seeking a highly motivated and committed health professional to lead our medical service and ensure the health and welfare of our school community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead medical provision and take responsibility for all medical matters within our schools.
- Provide related strategic advice to our Whole School Leadership Team.
- Ensure that all relevant medical policies and procedures are in place and up to date, ensuring compliance across the school.
- Substantial experience as a registered health professional in a school, community or GP-based role (minimum of 3 years post registration experience).
- Experience of working with children/young people.
- Experience in a management/supervisory role within a similar clinical environment.
- Recognised and current registration as a health professional (e.g. nurse, paramedic, physiotherapist or similar) with unrestricted registration.
A competitive salary of c£40,000 p.a. to reflect the important nature of the role and the experience, skills and qualifications of the successful candidate.
