We're seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Unbiased. As a key member of our growth marketing strategy, you'll be responsible for driving performance marketing efforts across Paid Social and other paid digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Lead the identification of new digital and offline channels for Unbiased, using your existing channel knowledge and taking a build-measure-learn approach to explore new channels.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing to develop a holistic performance marketing strategy that excludes PPC.
  • Owning the A/B testing process across creative, messaging, and optimisation tactics.
  • Campaign analysis and reporting: Utilise analytics tools and tracking platforms to measure campaign performance.
  • Attribution: help understand the true value of each channel and focus on incrementality.
  • Post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and testing online & offline channels.
  • Preferred: experienced testing and scaling offline channels including direct mail, door drops, inserts, DRTV, and more.
  • Worked for an online brand optimising for leads or transactions, either client or agency side.
  • An understanding of tracking and attribution of digital channels.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaign performance.
  • A university degree in a business, marketing, or a related subject.
  • A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
