Maintenance Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Maintenance Specialist to join our Nuclear Risk Management Team at Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE).
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a qualified individual to work in a highly regulated, nuclear-licensed environment. As an Engineering Manager - Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing compliance, risk, services, and maintenance methodology related to Nuclear Safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance Management: Ensure all safety case-derived maintenance requirements are clearly established, standardized, and configured with broader safety documentation.
- Risk Assessment: Identify risks and develop control measures to maintain business continuity for the delivery of workplace and facilities services.
- Maintenance Planning: Experience with enterprise asset management systems and maintenance planning and delivery.
- National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of Nuclear safety principles, operating and maintenance instructions, linking documentation, and quality systems.
