About the Role:

We are seeking a high-calibre construction professional to work on challenging, high-profile transactional projects within the construction industry and supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have experience with JCT and NEC contracts from a construction and property development perspective. As a senior associate, you will provide pragmatic and commercially-focused legal advice on non-contentious matters within the construction industry and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle challenging, high-profile work on the transactional side, with a focus on JCT and NEC contracts from a construction and property development perspective.
  • Collaborate with a large construction team across multiple offices, providing support to hybrid working practices.
  • Network actively and contribute to the development of the team.

Requirements:

  • High calibre construction experience acquired at a leading national, regional, or City law firm.
  • In-house legal experience at major contractors, consultants, or public bodies is highly valued.

Benefits:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per annum salary (dependent on experience).
  • 5% employer pension contribution (subject to a minimum 3% employee contribution).
