As a Key Account Liaison Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for key account customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by establishing and maintaining good working relationships and providing a prompt resolution of all queries via telephone, emails or the PVM rental platform.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Processing and administration of daily hire and Rental PLUS reservations, ensuring accurate and timely records relating to customer and supplier communications within the PVM rental platform.
