  • Manage events from brief through to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.

  • Sources and negotiates with venues and suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage delegate registration and logistics, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees.
  • Prepare and reconcile budgets, ensuring accurate financial management and reporting.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of events onsite, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and to plan.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering a broad range of events, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Collaborative working style, with the ability to work effectively with production and creative teams.
  • Experience of managing multiple suppliers and budgets, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and events sector, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
