We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Payroll Assistant to join our team at The Older Shaw Group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement and payroll team in a proactive and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase ledger and payments data entry
  • Order, maintain, and complete stock counts as required
  • Holiday cover for receiving and distributing courier deliveries including monitoring, logging, and weighing all vehicles entering and leaving the site
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (essential)
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to relate to people at all levels
