Lettings Negotiator Opportunity at Fox & Sons

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Fox & Sons in Portsmouth. As a key member of our residential Lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Your Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be expected to:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion
Requirements:
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a full UK driving license
