About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Specialist to thrive in a dynamic and respected legal firm. As a Financial Regulatory Expert, you will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough searches and verify titles to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and deeds.
  • Offer expert legal advice and support to clients, providing guidance on complex financial matters.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance processes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing and a strong understanding of financial regulations.
