  2. Provide exceptional client care and professionalism, adhering to detailed procedures and quality standards.
  3. Take responsibility for personal performance and development, preparing for performance reviews, and engaging in regular training to stay current with legal developments and maintain professional competence.
  4. Supervise the legal assistant, conducting regular performance, development, and well-being reviews.
