This opportunity is well-suited to a skilled corporate lawyer seeking to progress their career and drive growth with a leading international firm, known for its impressive array of clients and regular awards.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partner to nurture local and wider client relationships, promote the growth of the business and the corporate team across the globe.

Key responsibilities include undertaking various corporate instructions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong pedigree gained from reputable practices in Scotland, be enthusiastic about taking on a lead role and supporting client tenders/business development, and possess a strong work ethic and commercial acumen.
